Refund policy
Group puja
If your group puja is not performed, choose a next date you accept or a full refund. The minimum group size does not apply to our family-offered Chhath seva.
Private puja
If we cannot schedule your private puja within 7 days of your requested date, you can receive a full refund.
Kundli and Acharya call
Kundli answers are due within 3 working days after payment, excluding Sundays. If the answer is not provided in time, you can request a full refund. If your 15-minute call is not held within 5 working days, you can request a full refund.
Cancellation, add-ons and envelope
More than 48 hours before the puja: full refund. From 48 to 24 hours: 80% refund or a free date change. Under 24 hours: no cash refund, but a free move to the next date. Add-ons and the envelope follow the puja's refund or rescheduling decision.
Digital editions
Completed personalised Mera Shloka editions are normally non-refundable. If payment succeeds but no edition is prepared, or the same order is charged twice, the affected amount is refunded. For a selection mistake, contact us for one corrected edition at no extra cost.
Request and timing
Request help through WhatsApp or seva@vishnupath.com with your booking reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
