Digital delivery

Each edition is prepared individually from your birth details and is delivered immediately after payment, so completed orders are generally not refundable.

When we do refund

If your payment succeeded but no edition was delivered, or the same order was charged twice, write to us and we will refund the affected amount in full.

Mistakes in your details

If you entered your birth details incorrectly, contact us before asking for a refund. We will re-prepare your edition with the corrected details once, at no extra cost.
